Costume 
Reservation Policy

Rental Time:

  1. Deposit and rental fees are paid at the time your costume is reserved

  2. Costumes are rented by the day.

  3. Costume rental day begins at 1:00 pm and ends at 12:00 noon the following day.

To Reserve a Costume:

  1. Deposit and rental fees are paid at the time of the reservation

  2. The deposit must be made in the form of a credit card or debit card. (we will charge the deposit on the card)

  3. The costume rent may be paid by cash, check or credit card

Cancellations:

Refunds for costume cancellation are as follows, and apply the rental amount only.

  1. More than 14 days before  reservation date - Full Refund

  2. Between 14 days and 48 hours of reservation date - 50% Refund

  3. Less than 48 hours of reservation date - No Refund

  4. Missed reservations - No Refund

Damages:

Damages will be assessed on a case by case basis.  Damage charges will be charged against your deposit.
